Accelerated Resolution Therapy

Jul 15, 2026

Have you ever wished you could remember something that happened… without feeling like you’re reliving it every time?

That’s exactly why I love using Accelerated Resolution Therapy, or ART, with my clients.

ART is an evidence-based therapy that helps your brain process painful memories so they no longer have the same emotional impact. The memory doesn’t disappear—but the fear, anxiety, guilt, or sadness connected to it can.

ART can be effective for anxiety, trauma, PTSD, OCD, panic attacks, grief, phobias, and other stressful life experiences that still affect you today.

One of the biggest misconceptions is that healing means talking about your trauma over and over. With ART, that’s not always necessary. We use guided eye movements to help your brain process those experiences in a healthier way.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, know that healing is possible—and you don’t have to carry the weight of the past forever.
